Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving objects
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Duties

Clear, clean, and reset tables after guests leave
Clean chairs, booths, and floors
Perform cleaning duties according to posted cleaning charts
Comply with IHOP uniform and appearance standards per SOP guidelines
Perform other assignments or tasks as assigned by the General Manager, Assistant manager, or acting supervisor
Comply with IHOP N Go program as assigned
