Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and move moderate weights
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- adherence to uniform and appearance guidelines
- legal authorization to work
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant cleaning or similar role preferred
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- basic physical fitness to perform cleaning duties
Job Duties
- Clear, clean, and reset tables and clean chairs, booths, and floors after guests leave
- perform all cleaning duties according to posted cleaning charts
- comply with IHOP uniform and appearance standards per SOP guidelines
- perform other assignments or tasks as assigned by the General Manager, Assistant manager, or acting supervisor
- comply with IHOP N Go program as assigned
