This role centers on maintaining a clean, organized, and pleasant dining environment for all guests. The position involves tasks such as clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, as well as attending to chairs, booths, and floors promptly after guests leave. Cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities, and all duties must be performed in accordance with the posted cleaning charts to uphold our high standards. In addition, adhering to IHOP's uniform and appearance standards is essential to presenting a professional and consistent image.

As part of the role, the successful candidate will also comply with the IHOP N Go program assignments and will be expected to engage in other tasks as delegated by the General Manager, Assistant Manager, or acting supervisor. This flexibility ensures the restaurant maintains smooth operations even during busy periods. Our schedule is designed to accommodate different availability preferences including full-time or part-time work, with shifts ranging from 8 to 10 hours, including day, night, holiday, and weekend shifts, along with possible overtime opportunities.

The pay rate for this position is competitive at $15.10 per hour, reflecting the importance of the role within the restaurant team.
