Job Requirements

Previous operating experience with commercial grade dishwashing equipment in a food service setting required
Ability to stand for extended periods and bend/stoop frequently
Ability to effectively understand and carry out directions or guidance provided to you
Ability to work in a team environment, calmly and effectively under pressure

Job Duties

Wash dishes, utensils and cooking equipment through operating the commercial dishwasher in warewashing or by hand
Carefully hand-wash prop dishes, keeping separated from all other dishes
Carefully transport and store clear dishes in the proper storage area, kitchen or studio
Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers and storage areas including wiping counters, carts, coolers, trays, shelving, stovetops and ovens
Perform other duties as assigned
