Job Requirements
- ability to write and verbally communicate

Job Qualifications
- previous porter and/or dishwasher experience preferred
- ability to write and verbally communicate
- knowledge of dish machine operation
- understanding of proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies
- general knowledge of venue operations
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- ensure all service and kitchen wares are clean and sanitized
- interact with fellow team members and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality
- anticipate and accommodate the needs of all employees
- aid in cleaning inside and outside the venue
- properly store and remove garbage and soiled linens
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dish station, kitchen, and entire venue
- follow supervisor's instructions and support co-workers while being a team player
