Job Duties

Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and cooking tools
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
Operate dishwashing machines efficiently
Manage disposal of kitchen waste following health codes
Assist kitchen staff with timely dish and equipment availability
Stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Follow all Food and Health safety regulations
