Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry heavy items such as dishes and kitchen equipment
Food handler's card where required by local and state regulations
Flexibility to work variable hours depending on business needs

Job Duties

Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary such as setup, cleanup, prep work, table bussing and equipment maintenance
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
Adapt to a flexible work schedule
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dishwashing areas
