Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
- support other areas of the restaurant as necessary such as setup, cleanup, prep work, table bussing and equipment maintenance
- work variable hours depending on business needs
- communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen and dishwashing area
- assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies
- uphold all food safety and health regulations
