Possess two valid government issued identification documents in good condition
Ability to pass FBI fingerprint check for security badge
Full availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Reliable transportation to Dallas Love Field Airport

Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
Willingness to learn and cross-train in other kitchen positions

Job Duties

Wash dishes and kitchen utensils promptly and thoroughly
Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
Assist with food preparation tasks such as cutting, portioning, and packaging
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work areas
Operate mechanized cutting, slicing, and mixing equipment safely
Work in hot, close quarters and refrigerated storage areas
Follow safety protocols and handle equipment in compliance with health standards
