Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in dishwashing or similar back-of-house roles preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

- Team player with a reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area at all times
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and sanitation procedures
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, prep areas, floors, walls, and equipment
- Take out trash and recycling regularly and maintain clean waste areas
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks such as floors, drains, walk-ins, grease areas
- Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying items
- Properly put away and organize all incoming products including dry goods, refrigerated, and frozen items
- Follow FIFO and proper storage procedures
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues with deliveries to management
- Assist the fish market team with stocking seafood, ice, and display areas
- Refill and maintain ice levels for seafood displays and kitchen use
- Support with organizing and cleaning fish market areas
- Assist kitchen team with basic prep or support tasks during peak hours
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain proper hygiene and handwashing practices
- Ensure compliance with local health department regulations
