Our Heart of House Team Members play a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless flow and high standards that Chili's is known for. As a Heart of House Team Member, you will be responsible for key behind-the-scenes operations that ensure the restaurant runs efficiently and smoothly during every shift. This includes washing and cleaning all tableware, cooking equipment, pots, and pans, as well as keeping the dish room organized and spotless. A crucial part of the role is maintaining speed and precision to keep up with the fast pace of service, particularly during busy periods. You will also be expected to work some shifts on weekends and holidays, making flexibility an important aspect of this job.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus

Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware pots pans and cooking equipment
