Job Qualifications

Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation standards is a plus

Job Duties

Operate dishwashing equipment and manually wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and maintaining a clean work area
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, countertops, and floors regularly
Ensure that clean dishes, utensils, and cookware are properly stocked and readily available for use
Assist kitchen staff as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Follow health and safety guidelines
