Job Requirements
- Must pass pre-employment background check and substance abuse testing
- maintain necessary mandated food and drink certifications
Job Qualifications
- 6 months experience in a full-service restaurant and/or bar preferred
- high school graduate or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Maintaining a clean and organized dish room and work area
- cleaning dishes and operating a dish machine
- practicing safety and sanitation standards
- emptying trash bins
- communicating professionally with coworkers and front-of-the-house staff
