Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work 5 days a week including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwasher role or similar kitchen position is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
Job Duties
- Properly cleans the kitchen, washes work area tables, walls, refrigerator and cooking equipment
- Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized
- Maintains the dish machine in clean and working order
- Complies with company standards and sanitation guidelines
- Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift
- Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers
- Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed
