- Must be available to work five days a week including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- willingness to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Properly cleans kitchen and work area tables, walls, refrigerator, and cooking equipment
- keeps dish area free of clutter and organized
- maintains dish machine in clean and working order
- complies with company standards and sanitation guidelines
- maintains trash cans and removes full trashcans and boxes at end of each shift
- properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers
- assists in food prep and any other duties requested by the chef
