Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a Food Handler certification exam
- Sufficient education or training to read write count and follow verbal and written instructions
- Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure
- Availability to work holidays weekends and flexible hours
- Physical stamina for frequent lifting pulling pushing bending squatting stooping
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Willingness to wear uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in hot humid environments with exposure to chemicals and loud noise
Job Qualifications
- Able to pass a Food Handler certification exam

- Available to work holidays and weekends as well as shorter or longer hours due to business volume
Job Duties
- Works effectively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service focusing on creating a positive experience for children and all guests
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests customers clients co-workers etc
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishware cookware and other kitchen equipment
- Dry and store clean dishware and cookware
- Maintains dishwashing station three compartment sink and related areas cleaned
- Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition reports any issues to management
- Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks
- Assist with catering and special events as needed
- Adhere to the uniform policy
- Adheres to Aramark and client companies San Diego County and OSHA safety policies and procedures for proper food safety sanitation storage and disposal
