Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
capable of handling repetitive tasks
must be able to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
flexible availability including weekends and holidays
ability to work part-time or full-time shifts
basic knowledge of sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong multitasking skills
dependable team player
good communication skills
ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
willingness to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
requires some shifts on weekends and holidays
support kitchen staff by ensuring availability of clean utensils and cookware
maintain safety and sanitation standards in the dishwashing area
assist with other cleaning duties as needed
