Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods, especially during busy hours
- Physical ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 20 lbs
- Capability to work in varying temperature conditions, hot and cold
- Adherence to safety and chemical handling procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Completion of all required training
- Practice safe work habits consistently
- Present a professional demeanor at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in dishwashing or food service is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Positive attitude and reliability
Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, inside and out
- Wash and restock dishes as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including walls, floors, and walk-in coolers/freezers
- Bus tables promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
- Report safety hazards, guest complaints, or issues to management immediately
- Complete daily cleaning duties and adhere to safety procedures related to chemical handling
- Maintain landscaping and parking lot cleanliness
- Be helpful and courteous to fellow team members and guests
