The Dishwasher and Kitchen Support Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment and washing a variety of kitchen items such as dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, either by hand or with machines. This position involves assisting the kitchen staff with food preparation tasks like chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients, which helps streamline cooking processes. The chosen candidate will keep the kitchen and dishwashing areas organized and clean to promote a safe and efficient workplace. In addition, they will adhere strictly to sanitation and safety procedures and help manage kitchen inventory and food storage. Supporting waitstaff by restocking supplies, clearing tables, and delivering items as needed will also be part of the role.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, typically up to 50 pounds
