Job Requirements
- wear a clean black hat at all times facing forward with no bends on the brim
- keep hair clean and neatly tucked under the hat
- maintain a clean-shaven appearance with neatly trimmed beards and mustaches allowed
- fingernails must always be kept trimmed
- no jewelry on ears face neck or wrists
- no headphones or earbuds allowed
- wear a clean wrinkle-free kitchen shirt tucked in
- experience as a cook or similar kitchen role is preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- completion of orientation and training sessions including food safety and service certifications
- ability to apply common sense for executing simple tasks and handling standardized situations
- ability to stand and walk regularly and lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
- ability to work in an environment exposed to kitchen fumes wet areas and cleaning chemicals
- availability to adhere to cigarette smoke exposure in designated guest smoking areas
