Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work 2nd and/or 3rd shifts
- capable of performing physical tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for long periods
- willingness to adhere to all health and safety regulations
- reliable and punctual
- good work ethic
Job Qualifications
- experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to work effectively in a team setting
- good communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items safely
Job Duties
- efficiently clear, clean, and reset dining room tables according to our established standards
- sweep and mop both the dining area and back of house to maintain cleanliness
- wash dishes, pots, pans, silverware, utensils, and china to ensure they are spotless and ready for use
- take out trash and conduct regular cleaning of the parking lot
- stock and clean restrooms regularly to provide a pleasant atmosphere for our guests
- assist with various other cleaning projects throughout the front and back of house
