Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Buss tables to collect soiled plates and utensils
- Ensure an ongoing supply of clean dishes for efficient service
- Mop floors and maintain cleanliness in bathrooms, including log management
- Clean kitchen appliances and equipment
- Assist team members in unloading and storing deliveries
- Provide support to staff members with additional tasks as needed
- Adhere to food safety procedures and regulatory compliance
- Manage garbage disposal and maintain cleanliness of garbage cans
