In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for bussing tables by collecting used plates and utensils, ensuring an ongoing supply of clean dishes to support efficient service. Additionally, duties include mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, managing logs for hygiene compliance, and maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen appliances and equipment. The Dishwasher and Busser will assist with unloading and storing deliveries and support other team members with various tasks as needed.
