We are currently seeking a Dishwasher and Busser to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring that all dishware, utensils, floors, tables, and chairs are spotless and welcoming. The Dishwasher and Busser position is a hands-on role that requires dedication, physical stamina, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will play a critical part in creating a comfortable dining environment by supporting the front and back-of-house operations.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing the dish area, ensuring all dishes are properly cleaned and stored, and assisting with food storage organization. Maintaining a sanitary and safe restaurant environment will involve tasks such as mopping, sweeping floors, and managing trash removal. They will also care for the cleaning equipment and assist with various cleaning projects throughout the restaurant. Additionally, the Dishwasher and Busser will handle unloading delivery trucks and properly storing supplies, ensuring that inventory is well-stocked and correctly rotated in both service areas and the dining room.

The role also includes assembling take-out orders and occasionally delivering food to guests, ensuring orders are accurate and timely. Physical stamina is crucial as the role involves standing for long periods, lifting and moving heavy items up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive tasks with full mobility of hands and arms. The ideal candidate should be punctual, well-groomed, and always ready to work in a clean uniform, demonstrating a professional attitude in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
