Job Requirements

  • Approved Food Handler's Card and non-slip shoes prior to first day of work
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • basic level knowledge of health and safety rules
  • high level of customer service orientation
  • highly organized and agile with the ability to switch between locations and job duties
  • inclusive attitude for working with and serving a diverse workforce

Job Qualifications

  • One year of experience in customer service or high volume food service preferably in larger, innovative corporate programs or full-service hotels
  • one year of dishwasher experience preferred
  • ability to take direction and work effectively in a team environment
  • strong time management and organizational skills
  • ability to multitask
  • clear communication skills for speaking and listening
  • ability to read and write effectively
  • maintain highest standards of conduct and confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment in a timely manner
  • assist with cleaning, stocking, and lifting items in other areas as requested
  • ensure the dishes are restocked accordingly
  • keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized
  • may step in as line servers during busy periods
  • follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • perform additional responsibilities as requested by a manager
