Job Requirements
- Approved food handler's card prior to first day of work
- Non-slip shoes required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of health and safety rules
- Demonstrable high level of customer service
- Highly organized and dynamic with ability to switch between locations and job duties
- Inclusive and able to work with a diverse workforce
Job Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in customer service or high volume food service preferably in larger, innovative corporate programs or food and beverage experience in full-service hotels, resorts, or multi-restaurant chains
- 1 year of dishwasher experience preferred
- Ability to take direction and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Clear communication skills including speaking, listening, reading, and writing
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Commitment to professional growth and training
- Ability to perform additional responsibilities as requested by management
Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment in a timely manner
- Assist with cleaning, stocking, and organizing kitchen and dining areas
- Ensure dishes are restocked accordingly
- Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized
- Step in as line server during busy periods
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain high standards of conduct and confidentiality
