Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots and pans, trays, and other items using commercial dishwashing equipment
- Clean and sanitize floors, equipment and other areas as assigned
- Organize and stock clean dishes and kitchen supplies, ensuring they are readily available for the culinary team
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures, adhering to health code regulations
- Follow established periodic cleaning schedules and procedures
- Maintain organization in all areas by returning all utensils, supplies, and equipment to the appropriate areas before the end of the day
- Keep storage racks full and separate miscellaneous supplies
- Empty garbage cans and take garbage to outdoor bins
- Break down boxes, crates, and remove debris
- Uphold a positive and professional demeanor
