Employment with us offers a flexible schedule with part-time and full-time opportunities, and a competitive pay rate of $16.00 to $17.00 hourly plus tips. The Heart of House Team Member role centers around fast, efficient service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. This includes washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, ensuring that the dish room and equipment are always impeccably clean and organized. Team members work quickly to keep up with the fast-paced environment of the restaurant, supporting the broader team to deliver an outstanding service experience. The role requires availability for some shifts on weekends and holidays to meet the demands of the business.
