A minimum of 1-year experience in upscale dining or an equivalent service environment required

Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Ability to follow recipes and instructions
Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans by hand or using dishwashers
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils
Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
Sort and remove trash and place it in designated pickup areas
Clean garbage cans
Sweep or scrub floors
Assist in putting deliveries away in the proper storage areas in an organized manner
Assist with the preparation of food and recipes according to Vines specifications
