Job Duties
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas, sinks, floors, and workstations
- remove trash, recycling, and kitchen waste as needed
- assist with kitchen cleaning projects and closing duties
- support cooks, prep cooks, and chefs with operational needs
- maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
- assist with banquet, tournament, and special event operations as needed
