The club offers members and their guests a refined setting for social gatherings, celebrations, and everyday enjoyment. With its commitment to excellence and hospitality, the club provides an environment where quality service and attention to detail are paramount.

Racine Country Club is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join its culinary team. This vital role supports the kitchen's operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency to help deliver an exceptional dining experience for members and guests. Dishwasher team members work closely with chefs and service staff, ensuring that all utensils, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools are washed and prepared for use. This position is essential for the smooth functioning of the kitchen and requires dedication, stamina, and a positive attitude. Although previous dishwasher experience is preferred, motivated individuals willing to learn and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment are encouraged to apply.

The role typically involves operating commercial dishwashing equipment while also handling manual cleaning tasks where necessary. Staff members must maintain clean and tidy kitchen workspaces, sweep and mop floors, manage waste disposal responsibly, and assist with restocking and inventory organization. Further, dishwashers at Racine Country Club play a supportive role to cooks and kitchen staff by undertaking basic kitchen tasks when needed. Strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols is mandatory. This part-time position offers approximately 25 to 30 hours per week, mainly during evening shifts from Tuesday through Saturday, starting around 3:00 PM until close. The hourly wage ranges from $15.00 to $17.00, based on experience.

The club emphasizes creating a supportive team environment with opportunities for growth within the culinary department. Employees are expected to work cooperatively and with a strong work ethic, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the club. With a preference for candidates who have a high school diploma or GED and who demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and physical endurance, Racine Country Club welcomes applications from individuals who want to be part of a professional and welcoming community dedicated to providing an outstanding dining experience.
