Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen assistant role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to lift heavy items
- adherence to sanitation and health safety standards

Job Duties
- cleaning all prep equipment according to sanitation requirements
- cleaning silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements
- keeping the dish pit organized
- assisting the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and clean
- maintaining a fast pace to support table turnover
- following all health and safety guidelines
- supporting kitchen staff with additional cleaning tasks as needed
