Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen assistant role preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • physical ability to lift heavy items
  • adherence to sanitation and health safety standards

Job Duties

  • cleaning all prep equipment according to sanitation requirements
  • cleaning silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements
  • keeping the dish pit organized
  • assisting the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and clean
  • maintaining a fast pace to support table turnover
  • following all health and safety guidelines
  • supporting kitchen staff with additional cleaning tasks as needed
