Job Duties

  • maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • ensuring all dishes and smallwares are clean and properly stocked
  • adhering to food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
  • monitoring dish machine performance including temperature criteria
  • disposing of trash and removing linen bags
  • collaborating effectively with team members
  • supporting the culinary team to create memorable guest experiences
