Job Duties
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- ensuring all dishes and smallwares are clean and properly stocked
- adhering to food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- monitoring dish machine performance including temperature criteria
- disposing of trash and removing linen bags
- collaborating effectively with team members
- supporting the culinary team to create memorable guest experiences
