Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to perform physical labor including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects
  • Must be able to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Support culinary operations by washing dishes, putting away dish loads and performing other kitchen duties as necessary, including some food prep work
  • Assist with receiving of products, stock rotation and general kitchen organization and cleanliness
  • Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area to ensure work gets completed in the most effective and safest way possible
  • Help ensure that kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to kitchen hygiene and sanitation
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
  • Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the appropriate personnel
