Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to perform physical labor including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is an asset

- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards

- Willingness to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items
Job Duties
- Support culinary operations by washing dishes, putting away dish loads and performing other kitchen duties as necessary, including some food prep work
- Assist with receiving of products, stock rotation and general kitchen organization and cleanliness
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area to ensure work gets completed in the most effective and safest way possible
- Help ensure that kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to kitchen hygiene and sanitation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the appropriate personnel
