- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience helpful
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware by hand washing and operating washing equipment
- Polish stainless and silverware
- Maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills
- Keep all kitchen equipment, oven vents, floors, walls, and cook surfaces thoroughly clean
- Empty, wash, and return trash bins over three quarters full
- Keep the wash area organized
- Assist with special and deep cleaning projects
