Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to handle and operate dishwashing machinery
- ability to lift and move heavy items
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- good hygiene and personal cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- good attention to detail
- physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- good teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to learn and contribute to team efforts
Job Duties
- Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware
- carefully wash by hand and safely operate washing equipment
- thoroughly clean all service ware, cookware and utensils, including polishing stainless and silver ware
- maintain kitchen safety by clearing spills promptly
- keep kitchen equipment, oven vents, floors, walls, and cooking surfaces clean
- empty, wash, and return trash bins when over three quarters full
- keep the wash area organized
- participate in special and deep cleaning projects
