Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual
- able to follow instructions and work under supervision
Job Qualifications
- basic understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and teamwork skills
- previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
- willing to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- wash dishes to support culinary operations
- put away dish loads and perform other kitchen duties including food prep work
- assist with receiving products, stock rotation and kitchen organization
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of kitchen and dishwashing area
- ensure safety and efficiency in kitchen work environment
