Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
- no prior experience needed
- ability to stand for long periods
- basic understanding of cleaning and sanitation practices
- ability to follow directions
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine
- washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- polishes silverware using burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel or hand cloth
- ensures compliance with safety procedures
- maintains temperatures and chemical levels as per standards
- keeps dish area orderly and complies with safety standards
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors ensuring sanitation
- washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and food prep surfaces
- removes trash and cleans garbage cans
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- helps load and unload supplies
- performs other duties as assigned
