The role on offer is for a Dishwashing Team Member in their retail stores. This position is an entry-level role essential to the smooth operation and maintenance of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area. The team member in this role will be responsible for washing, sanitizing, and organizing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Apart from dishwashing, duties extend to general kitchen area maintenance, including cleaning floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves, assisting with kitchen deliveries, properly storing and rotating products, all conducted in a manner that upholds Whole Foods Market's high standards for health, safety, and customer service.

This position is hourly-paid, with a wage range from $19.00 to $25.40, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers comprehensive benefits known as "Whole Benefits," which may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, store discounts, and other programs, eligibility for which is defined at the time of hire. New team members who successfully complete their first 90 days may be eligible for a wage increase.
