- past experience in fast food, stewarding, stocking merchandise, food service, restaurants or general housekeeping helpful

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils
- unload dish machine, stack, store, and return dishes and utensils to proper area of kitchen
- maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks
- ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas
- handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement
- set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties
