Job Duties
- Operate and maintain dish washing equipment ensuring all dishes utensils and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Assist with the organization and stocking of clean dishes glassware cookware utensils and storage containers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including the dish washing station and surrounding areas
- Maintain clean dry floors throughout the shift
- Change water of machines and sinks as mandated or more often as required by business levels and properly use chemical dilutions set by management
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures including the proper handling and disposal of kitchen waste throughout their shift
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by Kitchen Lead
