Job Duties
- Maintain kitchen and dining areas in a clean and orderly condition
- Wash, clean, sanitize and store all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment
- Clean floors, equipment, and other assigned areas
- Provide high level of customer service and promote restaurant style dining atmosphere
- Work closely with Director of Culinary Services and Executive Director to keep residents satisfied
- Maintain dish machine and ensure sanitizing temperatures and chemical levels
- Assist with preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs and special events
- Attend pre-meal stand up meetings
- Assist cooks and wait staff
- Follow cleaning schedules
- Transport and store food and supplies
- Adhere to food safety and quality enhancement standards
