This role is seasonal and part-time, based at the George Steinbrenner Field in Tampa, Florida. The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards by scraping, washing, sanitizing, and properly storing all kitchen items including china, flatware, glassware, utensils, and other equipment. This position adheres strictly to the company’s standards as well as local Health Department regulations to ensure a safe and efficient kitchen environment.\n\nIn addition to the primary cleaning duties, the Dishwasher is responsible for organizing kitchen and small wares storage areas, cleaning food preparation areas, managing slip hazards by maintaining clean and dry floors, and providing support to front-of-house operations during high event volumes. The role also involves setting up and breaking down stations for events, assisting with plating and transporting hot boxes, and supporting food and beverage services with busing and cleanup tasks. Furthermore, proper disposal of trash and maintaining uniform and appearance standards are important aspects of the job.
