We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. This entry-level position plays a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant services by ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment. The Dishwasher will assist in maintaining sanitary conditions and contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of kitchen operations. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging between $15.00 and $20.00, and full-time employees working over 30 hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k contributions, and more.

The Dishwasher's responsibilities extend beyond dishwashing to include basic food preparation, stocking, and cleaning of the restaurant facilities. Job Duties

  • Carry out basic cleaning tasks
  • collect pots, pans, dishes, glassware, flatware to be washed and sanitized and returned to appropriate storage areas
  • wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
  • sweep, mop, clean and vacuum floors
  • break down kitchen for clean up
  • remove trash and garbage to designated areas
  • perform daily cleaning of all restaurant facilities including restrooms and storage areas
  • transfer supplies and restaurant equipment from delivery trucks to storage areas
  • ensure storage areas are clean and organized
  • clean equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
  • may be required to buff floors using heavy equipment and steam clean trash cans
  • perform basic food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen management team
