Job Duties
- wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using dishwasher machinery or by hand
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- ensure all kitchen items are sanitized and ready for use
- promptly remove dirty dishes and replace with clean items
- assist kitchen staff as needed with basic cleaning tasks
- follow health and safety guidelines strictly
- support team members and contribute to smooth kitchen operations
