As a Dishwasher/Utility team member at Red Lobster, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the restaurant. Your contributions will directly impact the overall guest experience by ensuring that the kitchen and dining areas are spotless, the dishes and kitchen utensils are sanitized properly, and operational protocols are followed meticulously. This position requires working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff, helping with food preparation tasks such as making the restaurant’s signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and supporting the team in various duties to keep the restaurant running smoothly. Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
  • capability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • cleaning and maintaining all restaurant areas
  • cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
  • operating the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
  • emptying all kitchen and other area trash bins
  • working as part of a team supporting cooks with prep work and preparing our exclusive Cheddar Bay Biscuits
  • focusing on team and customers by making every decision with their best interest in mind
  • following all cleaning and safety protocols
