Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement met and authorized to work in the country
- culinary experience preferred
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
- ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
- cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
- safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
- emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
- supporting the cooks with prep work, including preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits and other tasks as needed
- focusing on team and guests, ensuring decisions consider guest and team needs
- following all cleanliness and safety protocols
