This role as a Dishwasher is crucial to the smooth operation of the restaurant. Dishwashers at Din Tai Fung North America are responsible for washing dishes through both the 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher, ensuring all kitchenware is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to maintain stringent health and safety standards.
