The role available at Red Lobster is that of a Dishwasher/Utility team member. This position plays an essential part in maintaining the cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant. As a Dishwasher/Utility, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and hygienically. You will also assist in general cleaning and upkeep of the restaurant interiors, support cooks with food preparation tasks including making the restaurant's famous Cheddar Bay biscuits, and follow all safety and cleanliness protocols to guarantee a safe working environment.   • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Supporting cooks with prep work and preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
  • Focusing on team and guests in every decision
  • Following all cleanliness and safety protocols
