We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Dishwashers/Utilities. This role is vital to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment that allows our kitchen and service teams to perform at their best. The Dishwasher/Utility position involves cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, as well as maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. You will be responsible for safely operating dishwashing equipment, emptying trash, and supporting the kitchen team with prep work and the preparation of our signature Cheddar Bay biscuits. Your contributions will directly impact the guest experience by ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

This position requires physical stamina and the ability to stand and move about the restaurant for 8 to 12 hours per shift. You need the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 50 pounds. We seek team players with attention to detail, multitasking skills, and a positive attitude focused on guest satisfaction and teamwork. Culinary experience is preferred but not mandatory.
