We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Dishwashers/Utilities. This role is vital to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment that allows our kitchen and service teams to perform at their best. The Dishwasher/Utility position involves cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, as well as maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. You will be responsible for safely operating dishwashing equipment, emptying trash, and supporting the kitchen team with prep work and the preparation of our signature Cheddar Bay biscuits. Your contributions will directly impact the guest experience by ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

This position requires physical stamina and the ability to stand and move about the restaurant for 8 to 12 hours per shift. Job Duties

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Working as one kitchen, by supporting the cooks with prep work, preparation of our signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
  • Focusing on your team and guests - every decision made should always have the guest and team in mind
  • Following all cleanliness and safety protocols
