The Dishwasher/Utility role at Red Lobster is an essential position that supports the smooth operation and sanitation of the restaurant. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all restaurant areas, ensuring that dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized. The Dishwasher/Utility specialist will operate the dishwasher and other related equipment safely and efficiently. Additionally, this role also includes general kitchen support duties such as trash removal and assisting cooks with food preparation, including making the signature Cheddar Bay biscuits.   • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant

  • supporting the cooks with prep work and preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
